這次就訂了「 新園旅館 (New Garden Hostel) 」這間，價格真的超優的～

有關於訂房，我的建議是
1.景點距離及交通便利度：省下交通時間就有更多時間玩啦！
2.價格：一分錢一分貨沒錯，不過如果是同一家飯店的話在HOTELS.COM訂的話訂貴了還能退價差！沒在怕的！（這點超棒！）
3.附加服務及設施設備：例如免費wifi/泳池/健身房/早餐/盥洗用具，care這些的人建議在找房時注意一下喔！
4.實際評價：最怕住到就是圖文不符的，這真的會壞了興致，除了去google看有沒有人住過之外，HOTELS.COM也會有實際住過的房客評價也是可以納入考量範圍喔！

關於新園旅館
簡介
Within Mirador Mansion, New Garden Hostel is located in the heart of Tsim Sha Tsui, a short 1-minute walk from Tsim Sha Tsui MTR Station. Its basic air-conditioned rooms all come with free Wi-Fi. The hostel also provides free wake-up calls and charged luggage storage services.
Simply furnished, all guestrooms come with a TV. Rooms with window are subject to availability. En suite bathrooms come with a shower.
New Garden Hostel is within a 10-minute walk from the Star Ferry Terminal and the China Ferry Terminal. It is surrounded by local shops and restaurants. Via Airbus A21, it is a 1-hour ride to Hong Kong International Airport.
There is an on-site ATM cash machine, as well as fax facilities. The hostel also provides laundry services at an extra charge.

Guests arriving later than 00:00 (midnight) must contact the hostel in advance. The contact details can be found on your booking confirmation.
Upon arrival at Mirador Mansion, we strongly advise guests to head directly to the reception desk at Flat C2, Floor 13 and ignore the salespeople around the hostel. Please reconfirm the address and hostel name at the front desk upon arrival. In cases of no-show, guests will be charged as per the hostel's policy The reception desk is on a different floor as the rooms. Pre-authorisation from credit card will be processed before arrival to secure your reservation. This pre-authorisation will be released after check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation. Check-out time from 9:00 to 11:00. Thank you for your cooperation.
Guest will have to pay HKD300 room deposit for securing room facilities. It's refundable upon check out when the room is checked. We can also pre-authorize on the card as deposit and release after room check. Please note that guests are not allowed to modify guest names 2 days before arrival.

今天(15日)凌晨0點多至4點多，桃園市中壢站前商圈驚傳多起縱火案，2名男嫌隨機用打火機縱火，連續燒毀路邊攤、垃圾堆等物。警方調閱監視器後將他們逮捕，訊後依公共危險送辦。
警方指出，今天凌晨0點18分左右，建國路103巷的路邊攤遭縱火，緊接著0點34分中平路又有路邊攤架起火；10分鐘後，新竹客運站附近的垃圾堆遭縱火，再來一旁的牛肉麵店騎樓下塑膠袋也被引燃；經調閱監視器後，鎖定李姓、劉姓2名男嫌，並在凌晨將他們逮捕到案。
據了解，57歲李姓男子與19歲李姓男子，2人向警方表示彼此並不認識，只是在凌晨遊蕩街頭時相遇，至於縱火則是為了取暖、好玩，離譜的動機讓警方聽了直搖頭；如今全案依公共危險罪嫌移送偵辦。

國民黨29日舉行黨主席選舉電視政見發表會，現任主席洪秀柱和副主席郝龍斌都批評前主席李登輝當年的作為。洪秀柱認為，從前總統李登輝擔任黨主席後，國民黨就開始結合黑金、權貴，這種領導力，不要也罷。
針對黨產問題，郝龍斌表示，他當選黨主席後，要清查前主席李登輝在位期間的各種投資，以及台灣綜合研究院的資金流向，要給黨員清楚的交代。
洪秀柱則表示，領導力很重要，但有沒有想過，要用什麼方式來領導？她說，「國民黨從創黨開始，就是以救國、救民目標實踐三民主義理想，但遺憾的是，自李登輝上任後，我們這個黨開始跟黑金、權貴結合在一起，不再把救國理想和人民福利放在心中，如果這是大家希望的領導力，不要也罷，不能用資源壟斷來當成領導力。」
洪秀柱也打溫情牌，闡述過去一年來擔任黨主席的心路歷程。她表示，政治現實人情冷暖，感受特別深刻，這一年來，有些人不斷打擊、汙衊、毀謗、羞辱，但走在風雨中，自己依然充滿陽光，所有的苦痛都化成生命的養分，還有更堅定的力量。
洪秀柱強調，這一年來過得很辛苦，無米之炊，做了很多事情，包括組織改造、組織精簡，手心手背都是肉，她要留下人才、安撫離開的人、擔心資金夠不夠付退休金。她認為，這是一條必走的路，沒有辦法停滯不前，感謝黨工共體時艱，了解黨工心中怨恨和不滿，她會概括承受，雖千萬人吾往矣，必走的路。
